1. Зменшити обсяг Молока на 2685 л.. 2. Зменшити обсяг молока згущеного на 36 шт. 3. Зменшити загальну суму договору на 48144 грн 06 коп. (в т.ч.ПДВ – 8024,01грн.) 4. Після змін загальна сума Договору складає 51946 грн. 80 коп. в т.ч.ПДВ -8657,80 грн. (додаток № 1 до Договору) та Додаток про закупівлі продуктів харчування у ДНЗ № 77 (додаток 2 до Договору). Додатки № 1 та № 2 в новій редакції додаються до цієї додаткової угоди і є невід'ємною частиною Договору 5. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та обов'язковими до виконання Сторонами.
