Виконавець зобов'язується своїми силами і засобами виконати роботи (послуги) із розроблення схеми теплопостачання (надалі - Послуги) ДК 021:2015: 71320000-7 – Послуги з інженерного проектування у відповідності до Методичних рекомендації з розроблення енерго-та екологоефективних схем теплопостачання населених пунктів України, затверджених наказом Міністерства будівництва, архітектури та житлово-комунального господарства України від 26.04.2006р. № 147 (далі - Методичні рекомендації) і технічних вимог (додаток 3) та передати Замовникові розроблену Схему теплопостачання м.Рівного (надалі - Схема теплопостачання), а Замовник зобов'язується прийняти та оплатити виконані Послуги.
