При детальному розглядi тендерноi закупiвлi було виявлено технiчнy помилку у звіті про результати проведення закупівлі від 01.04.2021р. в переговорній процедурі, скороченій UA-2021-03-24-007147-a предмет закупівлі - Електрична енергія за ДК 021:2015:09310000-5 (Електрична енергія).
Уповноважений орган дозволяє виправляти технічні
(механічні) помилки при заповненні документів у
сфері державних закупівель після їх оприлюднення
на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу шляхом
прийняття тендерним комітетом (уповноваженою
особою) рішення про виправлення таких помилок ,
оформленого відповідним протоколом, який
підписується всіма членами тендерного комітету,
присутніми на його засіданні, або уповноваженою
особою. Сканована копія протоколу засідання
тендерного комітету(уповноваженої особи)
оприлюднюється на веб-порталі.
