Функціоналом майданчика Smarttender.biz не передбачено оприлюднення повідомлення про внесення змін до договору з причин, не освітлених ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (далі - Закон), однак передбачених ст.10 Закону. Внаслідок цього, для оприлюднення додаткової угоди щодо внесення змін, а саме: перейменування Публічного акціонерного товариства «Турбоатом» в Акціонерне товариство «Турбоатом» та внесення змін у реквізити Постачальника, була обрана причина внесення змін до договору - «Поліпшення якості предмета закупівлі».
