У зв’язку із значним зменшенням планового щомісячного споживання електричної енергії по Договору № В-17 від 28.01.2022 р., пов’язаного із військовою агресією Російської Федерації та введенням військового стану на території України (Указ Президента України від 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні») та з метою запобігання зриву електропостачання, що унеможливить забезпечення функціонування комплексу споруд Національної академії внутрішніх справ, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк постачання електричної енергії на весь термін дії договору, без зміни при цьому загальної вартості Договору.
