Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі та вирішили,-
1. Внести зміни та викласти в наступній редакції п.п. 1.3. п. 1 «Предмет договору»:
«1.3. Кількість 82,228 Гкал».
2. Внести зміни та викласти в наступній редакції п.п.3.1.п.3 «Ціна договору»:
« 3.1. Вартість теплової енергії становить - 4636,11 грн. за 1 Гкал, в т.ч. ПДВ 772,69 грн. на період 01.01.2023р. по 30.09.2023р., а з початку опалювального періоду 2023-2024р.р. вартість теплової енергії становить 5983,60 грн. за 1 Гкал, в т.ч. ПДВ 997,27 грн. Загальна сума Договору на поточний рік, відповідно до діючих тарифів 420 889.25 грн. (чотириста двадцять тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят дев’ять гривень 25 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 70 148.21 грн.».
