Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 5.6 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару – електричної енергії, не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору.
Ціна за одиницю Товару на 01.08.2021р. становить 2,64 грн.(Дві грн. 64 коп.) з ПДВ за 1 кВт*год
