1. Керуючись положеннями Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», п. 7 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VІІІ від 25.12.2015, враховуючи прийняття постанови НКРЕКП від 11.07.2020 № 1329, яка набирає чинності з 01.08.2020, якою збільшено розмір тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії, а також постанови НКРЕКП від 11.07.2020 №1334, якою збільшено розмір тарифу на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії, які є складовими ціни на електричну енергію, що поставляється за Договором, дійшли до згоди внести зміни в Додаток 2 до Договору «ТАРИФ (ЦІНА) ТА СТРОКИ ОПЛАТИ ЕЛЕКТРИЧНОЇ ЕНЕРГЇІ (КОМЕРЦІЙНА ПРОПОЗИЦІЯ)», виклавши його в новій редакції, що додається до Договору та є його невід′ємною частиною та Додаток 3 «ОБСЯГИ ОЧІКУВАННОГО СПОЖИВАННЯ ЕЛЕКТРИЧНОЇ ЕНЕРГІЇ НА 2020 РІК.»
