1. Внести зміни до п. 2.1 розділу 2 “Ціна предмету договору” та викласти в наступні редакції:
„2.1 Вартість робіт по цьому договору відповідно до наданої пропозиції відкритих торгів та твердої договірної ціни складає 9255708,00 грн. (дев’ять мільйонів двісті п’ятдесят п’ять тисяч сімсот вісім гривень 00 коп.) без ПДВ.
Вартість підрядних робіт на 2020 рік відповідно до бюджетних призначень та твердої договірної ціни складає 8955656,00 грн. (вісім мільйонів дев’ятсот п’ятдесят п’ять тисяч шістсот п’ятдесят шість гривень 00 коп.) без ПДВ.
Кошти державного бюджету.”
2. Внести зміни до додатку № 2 договору № 1 від 13.05.2020 шляхом викладення в новій редакції, що додається.
