Note:
Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” від 25.12.2015 р. № 922 та Договором Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі. У разі зміни договору зобов’язання сторін змінюються відповідно до змінених умов щодо предмета, місця, строків виконання тощо.
2. У зв’язку із застосуванням п. 1 цієї Додаткової угоди Сторони домовились внести зміни до Специфікації (додаток №1 до Договору про закупівлю №5 від 06.01.2021 р.), а саме ціна (за 1 кг) за одиницю товару:
- риба хек, мінтай свіжеморожена – 71,07 грн.;

У зв'язку з коливанням в сторону збільшення цін на продукти харчування,відповідно до Висновку за результатами цінового моніторингу №ЦЛ-271 Сумської торгово-промислової палати та керуючись ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" ТОВ "Сумська продуктова компанія" змінює ціну за одиницю товару,визначену у договорі,не більше ніж на 10 %, з 20.09.2021 року.
