У відповідності до пункту 1 ч. 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" п. 3.1 розділу ІІІ договору про закупівлю послуги з постачанням електричної енергії викласти в наступній редакції : "Ціна договору на період з "01" січня 2018р. по "31" грудня 2018р., становить: усього 1 313 885,64 грн.(один мільйон триста тринадцять тисячі вісімчот вісімдесят пять гривень 62 коп) у т.ч. ПДВ - 218980,94 грн.( згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування - 1 202 500,00 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ - 200416,67 грн. ; відшкодування орендарів - 111385,64 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ - 18564,27 грн.). Більш детально у додатковій угоді від 25.06. 2018 р.
