Note:
1. Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору.
2. У зв’язку із застосуванням п. 1 цієї Додаткової угоди Сторони домовились викласти пп.1.2. п.1. Договору у наступній редакції:
Кількість товарів: 3435,26 кілограми.
3. У зв’язку із застосуванням п. 1 цієї Додаткової угоди Сторони домовились викласти Додаток № 1 СПЕЦИФІКАЦІЯ до договору №126 від 26.08.2020р. у наступній редакції:
