У зв’язку з наявністю об’єктивних обставин, за результатом проведеної закупівлі сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк виконання зобов’язань щодо поставки товару. Необхідність продовження строку поставки товару виникла в зв'язку з поданням скарги до органу оскарження, що спричинило призупинення перебігу строків, установлених частиною шостою статті 33 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та, на виконання рішення постійно діючої адміністративної колегії Антимонопольного комітету України, скасування попередньо прийнятого рішення з наступним розглядом та оцінкою тендерних пропозицій учасників.
