Функціоналом майданчика dzo.com.ua не передбачено оприлюднення повідомлення про внесення змін до договору з причин, не вказаних у ч.4 ст.36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 №922 "Про публічні закупівлі"(в редакції – до 19.04.2020), (далі – Закон), однак передбачених ст.10 Закону. Внаслідок цього, для оприлюднення Додаткової угоди щодо внесення змін була обрана причина внесення змін до Договору: «Покращення якості предмета закупівлі за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договрі». Зміни до Договору вносяться у зв’язку внутрішніми змінами ТОВ «ВІННИЦЯГАЗ ЗБУТ», а саме зміна реквізитів Постачальника згідно із Додатковою угодою № 2.
