1. У зв’язку із зменшенням фактичних потреб «Покупця» щодо предмета закупівлі Сторони дійшли згоди викласти п.1 розділу 4 Договору № П37 від 13.06.2024р. у наступній редакції: «п.4.1. . Загальна вартість цього Договору складає 502621,75 грн. (п’ятсот дві тисячі шістсот двадцять одна грн. 75 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 83770,29 грн. (вісімдесят три тисячі сімсот сімдесят грн. 29 коп.).
2. Дана Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору і набуває чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами.
3. Додаткова угода складена в 2-х примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному примірнику для кожної Сторони.
