Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», беручи до уваги необхідність продовження строку, достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20,0 % суми, визначеної в вказаному Договорі, Сторони домовились у продовж строку дії Договору до «31» березня 2020 року з метою закупівлі товарів/робіт/послуг в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у вказаному Договорі збільшити його ціну.
