Note:
Замовник та Постачальник, керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 49 від 28.02.2022 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 69 768,00 без ПДВ.
