У зв’язку зі збільшенням суми тимчасового кошторису на 193700,00 грн (Сто дев’яносто три тисячі сімсот грн. 00 коп.) Пункт 5.1., розділу 5 викласти в наступній редакції: 5.1. Загальна вартість цього Договору становить 664 875,00 грн., крім того ПДВ - 132 975,00 грн., разом з ПДВ - 797 850,00 грн. (Сімсот дев'яносто сім тисяч вісімсот п'ятдесят грн. 00 коп). Сума Договору відповідно до тимчасового кошторису складає 278700,00 грн (Двісті сімдесят вісім тисяч сімсот гривень 00 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ - 46 450,00 грн., відповідно до постійного кошторису - 519 150,00 грн. (П’ятсот дев’ятнадцять тисяч сто п’ятдесят грн. 00 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ - 86 525,00 грн.
