Керуючись п.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.11.4.Договору, Замовник та Виконавець прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, у зв’язку з чим домовились збільшити суму Договору на 81818,00 грн.
