Обсяг закупівель буде визначений після затвердження Річного плану закупівель ДАП «Україна» на 2018 рік, про що Сторонами буде укладено Додаткову угоду.

Постачання продукції здійснюється у першому кварталі 2018 року на суму 799 992,70 грн. з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі від 10.02.2017 № 8367. Зміна ціни за одиницю товару не більше, ніж на 10% у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
