Керуючись п. 10.1.Договору та ч.6.ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у Договорі № 145 від 16 червня 2020 року. Пунк 10.1.Договору викласти в наступній редакції : « 10.1 Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання його уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення печатками і діє до 31.03.2021 року. Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.»
