З урахуванням підпункту 3.4.1 Договору № 09/265-08/2022 від 29.08.2022 р. та на підставі вмотивованого звернення ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА про проведення попередньої оплати від 29.08.2022 р. вих. № 15 ЗАМОВНИКОМ проводиться попередня оплата в розмірі 100 (ста) відсотків від ціни товару, вказаної у Специфікації (Додаток №1 до Договору), на підставі оригіналу рахунку на оплату. Примітка: закупівля здійснювалась відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169. Підстава "покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю" обрана у зв'язку із відсутністю в електронній системі підстави, яка відповідала б предмету додаткової угоди.
