З метою запобігання перевищення граничної торгівельної (роздрібної) надбавки більше ніж на 10 відсотків закупівельної ціни партії товару, що є предметом закупівлі, Сторони прийняли додаткову угоду про зменшення ціни окремих товарів, що поставляються відповідно умов договору. Враховуючи вищевикладене, Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 9341,10, у т.ч. ПДВ 611,10. Загальна сума по Даному Договору становить 94886,53 грн, у т.ч. ПДВ 6207,53 грн.
