1. З метою приведення усіх положень Договору у відповідність до тендерної документації та пропозиції Учасника, Сторони домовилися про наступне:
1.1. Пункт 1.2. Договору викласти у наступній редакції:
«1.2. Найменування предмету закупівлі: код за ДК 021:2015 – 33140000-3 Медичні матеріали (медичні матеріали різні) всього – 77 785 одиниць у 39 найменуваннях.»
1.2. Пункт 3.5. Договору викласти у наступній редакції:
«3.5. Строк поставки Товару: до 30.12.2021.
Поставка кожної конкретної партії Товару здійснюється протягом одного робочого дня з моменту надання заявки, якщо інше не зазначено Покупцем.»
2. Усі інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
