Відповідно до вимог ч. 5 ст. 36 розділу VII Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.п. 11.3 та 11.6 договору на постачання природного газу № 17-326/2-17 від 19.01.2018 р.1. сторони погоджуються викласти п. 11.3 Договору у наступній редакції: «Дія цього Договору продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків визначеної ціни Договору, якщо видатки на цю мету будуть затверджені в установленому порядку».
