Сторонои, на підставі п. 3.4. Договору № 109 від 11.02.2019 та з дотриманням пункту 5 статті 36 Закону україни "Про публічні закупівлі вирішили укласти цю додаткову угоду до договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № 109 від 11.02.2019 про наступне:
1. Сума додаткової угоди становить 345220 грн. (триста сорок п'ять тисяч двісті двадцять грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ , що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі про закупівлю, укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.
