При оприлюдненні відсканованого Договору було виявлено технічну (механічну) помилку, а саме: не вірно вказаний номер «Договору №60№АВ200-99624-22 від 12 серпня 2022р». Враховуючи вище вказане, Сторонами було вирішено визначити вищезазначену неточність, як технічну описку та вірним слід вважати і читати «Договір про постачання електричної енергії споживачу №60АВ200-99624-22 від 12 серпня 2022р»

Строк дії Договору та інші умови» умов Договору № 60AB200-99624-22 від 12.08.2022р., та умов Додатку 2 «Комерційна пропозиція №7Б» до Договору, Сторони домовились змінити ціну за електричну енергію за 1 кВт*год не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії, та без збільшення загальної вартості договору, що підтверджується Ціновою довідкою №19-09/444 від 01.09.2022 року, виданою Львівською торгово- промисловою палатою .
