Враховуючи п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" № 922-VIIІ від 25.12.2015 р., у зв'язку з коригуванням проектної документації: «Технічне переоснащення ТРП-119 з встановленням водопідготовчої установки для районної котельні № 6 АТ «Криворізька теплоцентраль» за адресою: вул. Ярославська, буд.11А в Інгулецькому районі, м Кривий Ріг» з повторним проходженням експертизи та з урахуванням вимог п.3.4. Договору, Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору та викласти Додаток № 1 та Додаток № 2-1 (кошториси № 2-10) до Договору у новій редакції, які є Додатком № 1 та Додатком № 2-1 (кошториси № 2-10) до даної Додаткової угоди та становлять невід’ємну частину цього Договору.
