Після оприлюднення договору було з’ясовано, що при заповненні електронних полів у ЕСЗ під час його оприлюднення в електронній системі закупівель, а саме при заповненні електронного поля «Термін дії договору», кінцеву дату дії договору замість «11 червня 2026 року» внесено «11 серпня 2026 року», і оприлюднено відповідно з помилкою. Інформація в інших полях зазначена правильно.
Оскільки на даному етапі закупівлі в ЕСЗ відсутня технічна можливість внести будь-які зміни до електронних полів, пропонується виправити виявлену технічну помилку шляхом зазначення правильної дати кінцевої дії договору - 11 червня 2026 року - у ЕСЗ за допомогою застосування функціоналу оприлюднення змін до договору, а також оприлюднити протокол про технічну помилку. Зазначене виправлення технічної помилки не змінює предмет закупівлі чи умов договору.
