Ціна змінюється в зв’язку зі зростанням ціни газу на ринку природного газу. Відповідно до експертного висновку № О-327 від 10.04.2017 р. Черкаської ТПП діапазон цін на природний газ для потреб бюджетних установ та юридичних осіб без врахування витрат на транспортування магістральними та розподільними трубопроводами становить 7376,00-9170,00 грн. /1000 куб.м. з ПДВ. Також в даному висновку зазначено, що на підставі інформації НАК «Нафтогаз України» вартість природного газу (як товару) становить 8516,40 грн. /1000 куб.м. з ПДВ.

В зв"язку коливанням ціни на газ на ринку України збільшується вартість газу не більше ніж на 10%, зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми договору. Відповідно до експертного висновку Черкаської ТПП від 01.09.17р. № О-782 вартість газу для промислових споживачів коливається від 7921,20 грн. з ПДВ за 1000 м3 до 8897,46 грн. з ПДВ за 1000 м3. ТОВ "ВКФ "ТЕПЛОБУД" запропонував ціну на газ 7450,00 грн. з ПДВ за 1000 м3.
