Споживач і постачальник у звязку із зміною ціни природного газу за 1000 куб. м. на ринку природного газу та на підставі п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" дійшли згоди змінити та викласти п.3.1.2 Договору та п.1 Додатку 1 до Договору в наступній редакції: 3.1.2. Ціна природного газу за цим Договором визначається за 1000 куб.м. з урахуванням вартості замовлення потужності та складає 17818.35 грн. крім того, ПДВ (20%) - 3563.67 грн. Ціна природного газу до сплати за 1000 куб.м. - 21382.02 грн.

Споживач і Постачальник у звязку із зміною ціни природного газу за 1000 куб.м. на ринку на ринку природного газу та на підставіп.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" дійшли згоди змінити та викласти п.3.1.2 Договору та п.1 Додатку 1 до Договору в наступній редакції: "3.1.2 Ціна природного газу за цим Договором визначається за 1000 куб.м. з урахуванням вартості замовлення потужності складає 19598.40 грн.
