1. Збільшити суму Договору на 59000,00 гри. з ІІДВ та пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна договору становить 354000,00 (триста п 'я тдеся т чотири тисячі грн. 00 коп.) у тому числі ІІДВ: 59000,00 (п ’ятдесят д е в 'я т ь тисяч грн. 00 коп.) визначено відповідно до умов цінової пропозиції.»
2. Продовжити термін дії договору, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на 2020 рік та пункт 10.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції «Договір про закупівлю набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє по 31 березня 2020 року.»
