Відбулися значні біржові котирування газу на європейських хабах в сторону збільшення, відповідно значно збільшилася ціна на ринку і в середині країни. Через ці обставини ТОВ «ЄВРОЕНЕРГОТРЕЙД» не має можливості поставляти газ за ціною, встановленою в договорі на дату його підписання. Умови договору стали вкрай не вигідними. Економічна вигода від подальшого виконання умов Договору для ТОВ «ЄВРОЕНЕРГОТРЕЙД» відсутня, подальша співпраця на даних умовах порушить співвідношення майнових інтересів Сторін та зробить неможливим настання тих умов та результатів, на які розраховували при укладанні Договору.
