- фактичне зменшення обсягів споживання за період 2020 року, - подовження дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, по 01 квітня 2021 р., в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, у відповідності до вимог ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». - зміна рахунку Споживача і місцезнаходження Постачальника. Ціна Договору на 2020 рік становить 2 567 229,02 грн., у т. ч. ПДВ – 427 871,50 грн., з яких : 2 378 024,69 грн. – місцевий бюджет; 189 204,33 грн. – власний бюджет (кошти від господарської діяльності підприємства). Кількість товару на 2020 рік – 1 329 184 кВт*год. Ціна Договору, на період з 01 січня 2021 року по 01 квітня 2021 р., становить 513 445,25 грн., у т. ч. ПДВ – 85 574,21 грн., з яких : 400 001,31 грн. – місцевий бюджет; 113 443,94 грн. – власний бюджет (кошти від господарської діяльності підприємства). Кількість товару на 2021 рік – 244 136 кВт*год. Загалом, ціна Договору становить 3 080 674,27 грн., у т. ч. ПДВ – 513 445,71 грн., з яких: 2 778 026,00 грн. – місцевий бюджет; 302 648,27 грн. – власний бюджет (кошти від господарської діяльності підприємства). Загалом кількість товару за Договором – 1 573 320 кВт*год. Додаткові угоди № 8 від 29.01.2021 року та № 9 від 09.02.2021 року до Договору визнано недійсними.
