Сторони домовились про продовження терміну дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме: -Пункт 10.1. Розділу 10 «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ», викласти в наступній редакції: 10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє до 28.02.2022 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за ним.
