керуючись Законом України «Про ринок природного газу» №329-VIlI від 09.04.2015 р., Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VIII від 25.12.2015 р., Постановою НКРЕКП №2496 від 30.09.2015 р. «Про затвердження Правил постачання природного газу», Постановою НКРЕКП №3013 від 24.12.2019 р. «Про встановлення тарифів для ТОВ «ОПЕРАТОР ГТС УКРАЇНИ» на послуги транспортування природного газу для точок входу і точок виходу на регуляторний період 2020 - 2024 роки» та іншими діючими нормативними документами, які регламентують постачання природного газу, уклали дану додаткову угоду про наступне: Викласти пункт 3.2 Договору у наступній редакції: «3.2. Ціна газу природного з урахуванням доступу до потужності до сплати за спожиту 1000 куб. м газу (одну тисячу метрів кубічних) становить 5 663,891 грн. з ГІДВ».

Керуючись Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі"№922-VIII від 25.12.2015р.,Постановою НКРЕКП №2496 від 30.09.2015р."Про затвердження Правил постачання природного газу"та іншими діючими нормативними документами ,які регламентують постачання природного газу,сторони домовилися про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару на 10%.Сума договору залишилась без змін.Ціна газу з урахуванням послуги потужності становить 5 128.242 грн.за 1000 куб .м., крім того ПДВ 1025.649., всього з ПДВ-6153.891грн.
