Враховуючи лист постачальника від 13 листопада 2018 року №18 з додатком, на підставі п.2 ч.4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п.п. 6.4.2. Договору № 51 про закупівлю товарів від 20.02.2018, за даною додатковою угодою Сторони прийшли до згоди та вирішили внести зміни в договір, а саме збільшити ціну за одиницю виміру товару – філе куряче охолоджене на 10,00 % (нова ціна становитиме 96,80 грн/кг)
