З огляду на Рішення Новокалинівської міської ради № 2987 від 21 січня 2022 року "Про зміну функцій замовника та сторони договору при виконанні попередніх зобов'язань із закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг Новокалинівської міської ради", зважаючи на укладений Договір доручення №02/22 від04.02.2022 року, неможливістю укладення нового договору постачання природного газу у зв'язку із введенням воєнного стану на території України, укладено Додаткову угоду № 2 від 22 березня 2022 року до Договору № 12-1355/21-БО-Т від 25.11.2021 року, щодо забезпечення оплати за спожитий природний газ.
