1. У відповідності до пункту _1_ ч. 4 статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” п. 3.1 розділу ІІІ договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти (місцевий бюджет) викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 717 051 (сімсот сімнадцять тисяч п’ятдесят одна) грн. 31 коп., у тому числі: ПДВ 119 508,55 грн., що в натуральних показниках складає 114 458 м.куб. (114 258 м.куб. за тарифом 6,264 грн. з ПДВ 20% та 200 м.куб. за тарифом 6,696 грн. з ПДВ 20%) з яких:
- за рахунок кошторисних призначень 716 675 (сімсот шістнадцять тисяч шістсот сімдесят п’ять) грн. 47 коп., у т.ч. ПДВ 119 445,91 грн. (в натуральних показниках разом складає 114 398 м.куб. – 114 198 м.куб. за тарифом 6,264 грн. з ПДВ20% та 200 м.куб. за тарифом 6,696 грн. з ПДВ20%);
- за рахунок відшкодування орендарів 375 (триста сімдесят п’ять) грн. 84 коп., у т.ч. ПДВ 62,64 грн. (60 м.куб. за тарифом 6,696 грн. з ПДВ20%).
