У зв'язку з тим, що під час виконання робіт виникла необхідність укріплення фундаментів внутрішніх стін укриття, а також складнощі по влаштуванню інженерних мереж каналізації, які виявились під час демонтажу старої системи і їх не було враховано та влаштування системи вентиляції з підключенням її до електропостачання, що призвело до збільшення терміну надання послуг, сторони домовилися продовжити строк надання послуг.
