Note:
1. Керуючись чинним законодавством України, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору та у зв’язку з цим, змінити наступні умови Договору: 1.1. Пункт 11.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «11.1. Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін і діє до “01” червня 2021 року. Закінчення строку дії Договору не звільняє Сторони від виконання тих зобов’язань, що лишились невиконаними. Відповідно до ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони встановили, що умови Договору можуть застосовуватися до відносин між ними, які виникли до його укладання.». 2. Дана Угода складена українською мовою у 2-х оригінальних примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної зі Сторін. 3. Дана Угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору. 4. Усі інші умови Договору, не змінені цією Угодою, залишаються чинними в попередній редакції. 5. Ця Угода набуває чинності з моменту її підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін.
