1.Відповідно до розділу XIV п.14.3,п.14.4 Договору ,сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору підряду № 119 від 03.08.2021 року та викласти п.2.1.1.,п.4.1.,п.4.1.1.,п.13.1. у наступній редакції: 2.1.1 Вартість робіт на 2021 р. за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету становить 2236617,60 грн. з ПДВ. Вартість робіт на 2022 рік складає 1090875,60 грн з ПДВ. 4.1.Строки виконання робіт за даним Договором складають : до 31.12.2022 р.13.1.Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31.12.2022 року, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов"язань за цим договором.
