У зв'язку зі зміною ціни на ринку природного газу України, Сторони дійшли згоди з 1.02.2017 року викласти пункт 3.2 Договору в наступній редакції:
"3.2. Ціна газу становить 8603,10 грн. за 1000 куб. м, крім того ПДВ 1720,62 грн., всього з ПДВ - 10323,72 грн. (десять тисяч триста двадцять три гривні 72 копійки)."
