Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі електроенергії на початку наступного року, а саме до 28.02.2021 року включно в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі.
