Внести зміни до п.3.1 Договору «Ціна договору» в частині зменшення суми Договору зв’язку із проведенням корегування ціни за одиницю товару, керуючись п.5 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Ціна Договору № 01 від 11.12.2017 року про закупівлю комп’ютерної техніки «Машини для обробки даних (апаратна частина)», код згідно CPV 2008 ДК 021:2015 – 30210000-4 (Персональні комп’ютери в зборі) за державні кошти становить 374999 грн. 80 коп. з ПДВ. Ціна за одиницю товару становить 10714 грн. 28 коп. з ПДВ. 2. В зв’язку з техничною можливістю Постачальника на покращення якості Товару, що поставляється згідно з умовами Договору, без збільшення суми Договору, викласти Специфікацію (додаток №1 до Договору ) керуючись п. 3 ч. 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в наступній редакції, що додається. 3. В зв’язку із виникненням виробничих та технічних обставин, які призвели до неможливості виконання зобов’язань Постачальником щодо передання товару, виконання робіт та виконання строків Договору до 15.12.2017 року ( лист від 14.12.2017 року), керуючись п.4 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», продовжити строк дії договору та виконання зобов’язань Постачальником до 22.12.2017 року включно та викласти п. 5.1. Договору в наступній редакції: п.5.1. «Поставка Товару Постачальником Замовникові здійснюється не пізніше 22.12.2017 року включно».
