Згідно п.5 ст.36 розділу VІІ Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", дія цього договору продовжується на строк до 28.02.2020р., достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі у 2020 році, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у Договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку і яка становить 90802,02 грн. (Дев'яносто тисяч вісімсот дві грн. 02 коп.), в т.чю ПДВ-15133,67 грн.
