Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в зв’язку з необхідністю проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, сума цього Договору становить: 239 724,00 грн. (двісті тридцять дев’ять тисяч сімсот двадцять чотири гривні 00 копійок), без ПДВ, за рахунок коштів 2020року 199 770,00 грн. (сто дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч сімсот сімдесят гривень 00 копійок), за рахунок коштів 2021року 39 954,00 грн. (тридцять дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот п’ятдесят чотири гривні 00 копійок).
