В зв’язку з розбіжністю між назвою робочого проекту та експертним звітом за об’єктом будівництва, що полягає у відсутності слів у першому «Коригування кошторисної документації РП», які не впливають на суть, обсяги та вартість Договору, та не є за своїм визначенням істотною умовою Договору Сторони домовились викласти назву предмету Договору в новій редакції. Сторонами було прийнято рішення викласти в новій редакції – «Графік виконання робіт (додаток №2)». Повний перелік змін детально відображено в тексті Додаткової угоди.

У зв'язку з затримкою фінансування (фінансування в недостатньому обсязі) згідно затвердженого кошторису на 2021 рік, на підставі пункту 4 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору та строк виконання зобов'язань щодо виконання робіт по договору до 31.12.2022 року. Сума договору залишається незмінною. Інші умови договору залишаються незмінними.
