1. Збільшити суму Договору № 7 від 11.02.2021 р. код за ДК 021:2015-15550000-8 – Молочні продукти різні (Сметана з масовою часткою жиру не менше 20%), на 9 223,44 грн. (дев’ять тисяч двісті двадцять три гривні 44 коп.), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році. 2. Внести зміни до пункту 3.1 розділу ІІІ Договору та викласти його в новій редакції: «3.1. Сума цього Договору становить: 57 767,70 грн. (п’ятдесят сім тисяч сімсот шістдесят сім гривень 70 коп.) без ПДВ.». Кількість товару: сметана з масовою часткою жиру не менше 20% - 962,8 кг.
