Відповідно до пункту 12.4 Договору про закупівлю товару №12/24 від 05.01.2024 року, на підставі ч.2 п.19 постанови КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 року №1178 Сторони погодили підвищити ціну на м'ясо. На підтвердження коливання ціни постачальник надав копії довідок Полтавської торгово-промислової палати України №24.14-05/28 від 19.02.2024 року та №24.14-05/35 від 19.02.2024 року. Обсяг закупівлі зменшено, сума Договору залишається без змін.

На виконання постанови КМУ № 1145 від 04.10.2024 року про «Деякі питання надання субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам на забезпечення харчуванням учнів початкових класів закладів загальної середньої освіти у 2024 році» для можливості здійснення проплати за отримані товари в жовтні-грудні 2024 року згідно укладеного договору внесено зміни шляхом підписання Додаткової угоди про перерозподіл юридичних зобов’язань по КПКВ, а також відповідно до пункту 12.2 Договору, про зміну реквізитів Замовника. Загальна сума юридичних зобов’язань по Договору залишається без змін та дорівнює сумі договору.
